Although 3DM is highly user friendly, we advice all new users to do the freely available 3DM course. This course provides an overview of the different tools that are available in a 3DM information system by teaching participants how to solve real life challenges in protein engineering, homology modeling, and drug design. The systems that are used in the free 3DM Course are available for everyone after successful registration for a 3DM account.
