How to enable 2FA for your Bio-Prodict account

To improve the security of your account you can enable two factor authentication. Having 2FA enable requires an additional login code to be provided each time you login using your account. We currently only support 2FA using an app. Various options are available such as Google Authenticator, authy, or Duo Mobile.

Instructions

To enable 2FA follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to accounts.bio-prodict.com

  2. Login using your credentials

  3. Click on the configure link on the 2 factor authentication line in the details table at the top

  4. Complete the instructions on the page to enable 2FA
