BLAST search jobs

Storage

BLAST search jobs are stored per 3DM System and user, for a maximum of 7 days but could be removed earlier.

Guest users only have access to the most recent added BLAST search job and the BLAST search job will be unavailable after a browser refresh of the page.

Status

A BLAST search job can have one of the following statuses:

  • Pending (search is being executed)
  • Ready (search results are ready)
  • Gone (search job is removed)
