Jump directly to protein

When you select a valid accession by typing (part of) an accession or identifier and then select an existing protein from the dropdown, or enter a valid id (number), then you'll be navigated directly to the protein.

Keyword search

If you don't select an existing accession or type an existing id (number), then a keyword search will be done.

Subfamily

When entering a valid subfamily name, you'll be navigated to the subfamily in the alignment view.

Alignment position

When entering a valid alignment position, you'll be navigated to the alignment position.
