The patent analysis suite in 3DM enables you to efficiently analyse the patent landscape for a complete protein family. Patent data is integrated in 3DM, which allows an analysis of the 'freedom to operate' (FTO). All patented sequences can for example be visualised in a phylogenetic tree. Patent claims are automatically mined to extract relevant information on claimed sequences and mutations. In 3DM, these can be shown in any protein of interest.
